Who we are. 

Perennial nursery Het Eyssel BV specialises in growing perennials, ornamental grasses, ground covers and ferns. Over the past 15 years, our nursery has grown into a thriving business in which the quality of our plants and thinking along with our customers are of paramount importance. The nursery currently consists of 5 hectares of container fields spread over 2 locations, the main location in Meerle and a secondary location in Meer. Due to the growth of the company, we are looking for a motivated all-round employee.

Function:

You will be involved in all stages of the process such as;

• potting and setting out the plants in season;
• plant maintenance;
• maintaining the nursery so that it remains neat and tidy;
• Assisting colleagues in any absence or where and when required;
• Assisting with order picking and other logistics processes;
• receiving deliveries and checking their accuracy and quality;
• delivering the orders;

Profile:

• You have an affinity and passion for plants;
• You are open-minded and solution-oriented;
• You function well in stressful situations;
• You work independently and know the added value of working as part of a team;
• You adopt a flexible attitude this in relation to seasonal products;
• You are discreet, honest, loyal and driven;
• You are critical and accurate;
• You have a driving licence B or BE;
• You have a forklift certificate (or willing to obtain one);
• Your command of Dutch.
