Who we are. 

Commercial nursery Het Eyssel BV offers a wide range of perennials, grasses, ferns, herbs and ground covers. Our focus is on wholesalers, municipalities, large green suppliers, webshops, garden centres, garden landscaping and export to countries in Europe. The strength of trading nursery Het Eyssel bv is the completion of perennial lists, which are largely supplied with plants from our own nursery supplemented with plants from fellow growers.

Our own nursery currently consists of 5 hectares of container fields spread over 2 sites, the main site in Meerle and a secondary site in Meer.

Due to company growth, we are looking for a motivated buyer and seller.

Function:

• As a buyer/seller, you have good insight into the supply of plants from our own nursery and from our suppliers;
• You control the entire process from purchasing from suppliers to selling to our customers;
• You are critical and solution-oriented and have an affinity for green;
• You feel involved;
• You know how to keep a perfect overview of our stock management and logistics planning;
• You have an affinity and passion for plants;
• You will work with the software package Vision - Infogroen.

Profile:

• You have extensive plant knowledge;
• You have experience in buying and selling plants and visibility of the logistical processes involved;
• You are commercially minded, if necessary you will enter into negotiations with suppliers and/or customer;
• You are open-minded and solution-oriented;
• You function well in stressful situations;
• You work independently and know the added value of working as part of a team;
• You adopt a flexible attitude this in relation to seasonal products;
• You are discreet, honest, loyal and driven;
• You are critical and accurate;
• You are digitally savvy;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English (possibly French and German).
